LicketySplit Comedy

Lickety-Split Comedy is a comedy and improvisation group founded by veteran performers Karisa Bruin and Scott Morehead, who both came up through the Chicago comedy scene and have  spent the last 20 years treading the boards of improv and sketch theaters large and small in Chicago, New York, LA and beyond.  Karisa recently made her Thingamajig debut in Karl Isberg’s Last Call at the Riptide, and both Karisa and Scott appeared in Thingamajig’s recent production of Tiny Beautiful Things. With training from the UCB, iO, the Second City, Magnet and Annoyance theaters, Lickety-Split brings high-level, professional comedy to Pagosa Springs. 

Lickety-Split offers improvisation class that focus on games, character development, and ensemble work. Classes are currently open to anyone, regardless of experience level. A willingness to learn and have fun is all that is required. It is Lickety-Split’s mission is to bring fun and laughter and joy to their audiences and students and they believe whole-heartedly that anyone can learn to improvise.
